Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final (Perishable Goods)

Due to the nature of our products, all flowers and floral arrangements are perishable goods.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on flowers or plants once they have been delivered.

This policy is consistent with California law, which does not require refunds or returns for perishable items.


2. Exceptions – When a Refund or Replacement May Be Issued

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. We will gladly offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not in acceptable condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Order number

  • A clear photo of the flowers as delivered

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A replacement delivery at no additional cost

  • Store credit for a future purchase

b) Incorrect or Failed Delivery Due to Our Error

If the order was not delivered, delivered to the wrong address, or incorrectly prepared due to our mistake, we will issue a full refund or redelivery.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Personal preference (e.g., color, flower type, or design style differences)

  • Slight variations in flowers due to seasonal availability

  • Delays or damage caused by incorrect recipient information provided by the customer

  • Orders where delivery was completed successfully and flowers were accepted

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for review.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit has no cash value and can be used toward future purchases.


7. Legal Notice (California Law)

Under California Civil Code §1723, retailers are not required to accept returns or issue refunds if their policy is clearly stated.
